• Fully welded, fully sealed custom steel tray chassis with aluminum accessories
• All external welds seamlessly sanded. 
• Alloy tread plate flooring (Smooth Finish also available)
• 1-piece 3mm mudguards, fitted to suit wheel offset
• Re-use of genuine filler neck and lockable cap
• 5mm rubber mudflaps with stainless steel fixings
• Enhanced Flush Mount Smoked LED combination tail lights & reverse lights
• Intergrated LED number plate lights 
• Model specific chassis mounts with fully-welded base plates 

Finishing touches:

• Whole tray chassis is sandblasted back to bare metal prior to immediate powder coating
• Whole tray chassis powder coated in a zinc rust proof primer
• Whole tray hand/block sanded (2pac Finish Only) 
• Whole tray fully seam sealed in applicable areas
• All freight costs to and from sand blasters, industrial painters and back
