Open daily from 12pm, Bar Gusto is a celebration of two rich and diverse cultures colliding. Its Aussie's meet Italian's. From the moment you step through our doors, the aroma of authentic Italian food mingles with your senses. The atmosphere  will be buzzing with live music and the clinking of glasses as friends and families enjoy a meals or a drink.

Whether you’re wanting an alfresco lunch and cocktails under the fig tree, to savour a selection of antipasti and wine, Bar Gusto invites you to indulge in the best of both worlds.

A Queensland local, who began singing at age nine, Ellie has a gift for setting the perfect mood with a voice that blends emotion and energy. After the release of her debut single Strangers Now in September 2023, her passion for music has only grown stronger, and she’s eager to share even more of her creations in 2025.
