This engaging session will introduce attendees to the art of camp oven cooking, demonstrating its versatility with three delicious recipes: an entrée (Damper), a hearty main meal, and a delectable dessert. Aimed at beginners, the session will cover essential skills such as selecting the right camp oven, proper cleaning techniques, seasoning, and heat control, ensuring that participants feel confident in using their own camp ovens at home or in the bush.
