Aftermarket supplier Opposite Lock (OL) has
expanded its vehicle protection offering with new
bull bars for the latest Hilux and the 4.5-tonne Ford
Ranger Super Duty, now available for pre-order.
Engineered for trade, touring and fleet applications,
the new range has been designed with a clear focus
on fitment efficiency, modern vehicle integration,
and durability in Australian conditions.
Importantly for installers, OL states both platforms
accommodate current OEM safety systems,
reducing the need for complex modifications or
workarounds during installation.
OL explains the bars deliver a balanced combination
of frontal protection and accessory integration,
while maintaining compatibility with contemporary
vehicle styling and safety requirements.
For workshops, it says this translates to a
straightforward fitment process and strong
potential for bundled accessory sales.
Accessory integration is a key consideration,
with mounting provisions for driving lights, LED
light bars, UHF antennas and aerials, all without
the need for custom fabrication or drilling. This
supports faster install times and additional revenue
per job.
Finished in a durable powder coating, the bars are
built to withstand UV exposure, road grime, and
day-to-day wear, making them suitable for both
private and fleet use.
