The 270 XT MAX Awning Mk2 sets a new standard for a free standing shade awning with massive shade coverage (+/-12m2 / 129ft2), incredible wind resistance. When packed away the awning is 2.3m/7’6″) long, weighs only 33.5Kg / 74lbs and can set up or packed away by one person in under 60 seconds.

The 270 XT MAX Awning Mk2 is available in either a Left Hand Side (passenger side in Australia)  or Right Hand Side (driver’s side in Australia) configuration.

The 270 XT MAX Awning Mk2 is supplied with 3 Heavy Duty Adjustable L Brackets, One fitment bracket must be attached to the stainless steel head stock at each end, a minimum distance of 1800 mm / 5’10⁵⁵/₆₄”. If mounting to a roof rack then the rack will typically need to be a minimum 1.9m / 6’3″ in length. We recommend placing the third bracket in the middle of the awning to provide additional support.
