Four Patrols, two Toyotas and a Jeep. Did we make it out unscathed?
TRACKS N TRIPS 2025 SCHEDULE
Jamie has been traveling this country for over 25 years in a wide range of vehicles but mainly his trusty land rover, exploring both the popular routes and those far less traveled. Over time, he has developed a deep connection to the Aussie bush and its people — both past and present.
It’s this connection, combined with Jamie’s unassuming and inquisitive nature, that has helped forge strong relationships with Indigenous communities and pastoralists alike. They all share a common vision: to see the land cared for, respected, and ultimately shared with others who are willing to take that step and explore.
The Australian Bushman series takes viewers on a true journey through the heart of Australia — from the mountains along Queensland’s Great Dividing Range, through the Victorian High Country, to the remote communities of Cape York, Arnhem Land, and the Kimberleys. Viewers will learn from Traditional Owners, experience sacred places only revealed to those who know where to look and who to ask.
The Club was established in 1976 by a group of four-wheel drive enthusiasts, interested in pursuing common interests and activities, and aiming to give the Nissan Patrol its own standing.
No longer limited to Nissan Patrols, membership is open to all types of four-wheel drive and all ages – both people and vehicles!
In 2002, we purchased a 94ha block of Land and, in 2006, built the Shed there to provide full facilities for our members.
The atmosphere is one of fun and friendship, attracting a wide variety of people from all over NSW and ACT. Our Club holds monthly driver training weekends, tag-a-long tours from one day to several weeks in length and a variety of social activities.
