Say goodbye to lugging around heavy purchases and hello to convenience with our FREE Parcel Pick-Up (PPU) service, located at the corner of King Street & Gregory Terrace!

Don't let size deter you from getting your dream 4x4 and outdoors purchase. Take advantage of this service on your visit and make the most of your day.

Parcel Pick Up

Step 1: 

Head over to the PPU location with your items. Grab a pass-out from Security to re-enter the show after visiting PPU.

Step 2:

Hand over your items for storage and receive a collection ticket. Leave your name and mobile number on the ticket stored at PPU for easy matching during collection.

Step 3: 

Enjoy the rest of the show, free from the burden of carrying big and/or heavy items! 

Step 4: 

Collect your items!

Option 1: Pick up your items before exiting the show.

Option 2: Bring your car to the corner of King Street & Gregory Terrace. 

IMPORTANT INFO:

  • Have your ticket ready for collection.
  • The person collecting the item doesn't need to be the same person who dropped it off, as long as they have the correct PPU ticket and can confirm the mobile number left.
  • Visitors MUST collect their items before the close of the show each day.
  • Visitors leaving items in the parcel pick up must present an invoice for all items before they can be left in parcel pick-up.
